Who Is Toni Grundstrom?
Toni is the marketing field and has worked by telecommuting for
over 15 years. She has worked for a professional association, government
entity, and with small businesses.
Working with the MN professional association she built am affinity
program that was beneficial to the association members, the vendors,
and the association. Working from home was no different from in the
office. The contracts were written, negotiated and signed, and external
marketing from the vendors was complimented by internal marketing produced by
Toni. There were programs implemented and overseen with 12+ vendors
including AT&T, MBNA Bank, National Car Rental, and a great
insurance program. The program's success was not because she was in the
office but because she knew what needed to be done, and did it.
As a government employee, Toni brought together disabled employees
with employers to form a mutually beneficial hire and
employment. Working from home she was able to develop marketing
materials, contact local businesses and she made a monthly trip to the
Chamber of Commerce meeting(s) to promote her mission.
Small business is Toni's specialty. With research and planning she
has created marketing plans and budgets that increased lead generation,
turned prospects into customers, and stayed in touch with satisfied
customers.
